If you or your child is unable to attend a class due to a medical reason supported by a doctor's note, we are happy to provide a credit. This credit can be used for any Minisport service and is valid for 90 days from the date of the missed class.
- Parent-Initiated Cancellations: For cancellations initiated by parents for any reason other than medical circumstances supported by a doctor's note, we regret to inform you that no credit or refunds will be offered. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide quality services and maintain the availability of our programs for all customers.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Safety is our top priority, and in the event of adverse weather conditions, we may need to cancel classes to ensure the well-being of everyone involved. In such cases, we will provide a credit that is valid for 90 days from the date of the cancelled class.
