How can I use my credits?
You can use your credits towards any of the Minisport services we offer, including public classes, private classes, camps, events, and parties. When enrolling in a program, you can apply your credits by entering the remaining credit value in the white box labeled "insert your credits here" on the enrollment form. The credit amount will be deducted from the total cost before you make the payment.
Can I use my credits later instead of for this term?
Absolutely! All credits are valid for up to 90 days, starting from April 15th, 2023. Additionally, when we launch the Minisport App, which is expected to be in November 2023, we will grant an additional 90 days of credit validity to all our existing clients. This gives you more flexibility in using your credits.
I am unable to use the credits that I have accrued, what can I do?
If you're unable to utilize the credits you have accrued, we have a solution for you. You can transfer your credits to another parent. Simply contact our admin team and provide them with the phone number of the recipient parent and the amount of credits you'd like to transfer. We'll take care of the transfer process and make sure the credits are properly remarked for the intended recipient.
