Should a child be unable to attend the classes due to sickness, then a doctor’s note must be presented, upon which credit (based on the price you paid for the session, after all discounts if any) will be applied for the missed session(s). 

To present doctor's note as proof of absence, you can select 'Sick Leave Request' when creating a support ticket and follow the steps emailed.

No student missing a class for any other reason will be eligible for credit. Additionally, any student who states their absence from a class within 2 hours will not receive credit, even upon presentation of a doctors note.
