We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we have a policy in place to address absences. If your child is unable to attend a class due to sickness, we kindly request that you provide a doctor's note as proof of absence. Once the doctor's note is presented, we will apply credit for the missed session(s) based on the price you paid for the session.
To submit a doctor's note as proof of absence, please follow these steps:
1. Create a support ticket here: https://support.minisport.hk/support/tickets/new
2. Select the 'Sick Leave Request' option.
3. You will receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that only absences due to sickness with a valid doctor's note will be eligible for credit. Unfortunately, any student missing a class for reasons other than sickness will not be eligible for credit.
Additionally, please be aware that if a student informs us of their absence within 2 hours of the class start time, credit will not be provided even with a doctor's note.
