At Minisport we teach four sports through one core program on a rotation basis -Football, tennis, basketball and rugby. It is our firm belief that the multiple sport approach is essential for all children in their early years.
We also focus on introducing children to fundamental ball skills (throwing, rolling, tracking, striking, kicking etc).
(For Level 2- age 4.5-6, tennis will be replaced by “Athletics & Fitness” which will comprise of throwing (javelins, discs, balls etc), running, jumping (long jump mats etc) and obstacle courses. This is due to the nature of the venues that we operate out of not being suitable for tennis at this age.)
